We started off as friends in 1988 — a friendship which grew overtime. In 1997 we became one in holy matrimony. In 2011 our lives were completely changed forever. Prior to 2011, we were a happily married couple but with one huge missing piece. Having tried for years to have our on child, we had come to the realization that God had something else planned for us. My blog, as the father of our adopted son, is simply a place for my random thoughts and memories of the 56 days with our son — specifically the 15 minutes alone I was blessed to have with him everyday.
